Freelance Editorial Copywriter – Wall Street Daily, Agora, Inc.

Freelance Editorial Copywriter – Wall Street Daily, Agora, Inc.

Agora, Inc. is an international newsletter-publishing operation focused on travel, finance and health that is broken up into several affiliates. The Wall Street Daily (WSD) affiliate is hiring a freelance editorial copywriter for its publication, Oil & Energy Daily. We provide a free newsletter dealing with oil and energy stock investment.

We seek a candidate who knows finance/economics/the stock market well enough (or is willing to learn) so that he or she feels comfortable writing 300-650 word pieces for our website, of which you can see examples at www.oilandenergydaily.com.

Newsletters are written by our investment director, Karim Rahemtulla – but we still post content every single day on the Web. It is this Web content the freelance copywriter would be contributing to.

Topics would include writing company analysis, making unique observations on the energy commodity market and generally creating something enticing for our readership.

Minimum one article per week. The person must be willing and available to edit their work at our guidance and receive constructive feedback.

We will pay $150 for every article we choose to publish – details of which would be laid out in a freelance contract.

However, until a longer-term relationship is established, the person will remain a ghostwriter (“written by Oil & Energy Daily Research Team”). If the relationship lasts, the person who fills this role will have the opportunity to establish his or her own byline.
