  • Tatiana Walk-Morris is a Detroit-born, Chicago-based independent journalist and writer whose work primarily focused on business, technology, health and social justice issues. She is currently a part-time investigative reporter for the Investigative Project on Race and Equity and a summer 2023 fellow of the McGraw Center for Business Journalism at the City University of New York. Walk-Morris’ work has appeared in Planet Detroit, Crain’s Chicago Business, Retail Dive, Vanity Fair, The Financial Times and multiple other B2B, regional and national publications.
  • Since 1981, Joanne Y. Cleaver has covered personal finance, real estate, investing, retirement topics and women’s economic issues, as both a freelancer and as a staff editor. She has authored eight nonfiction books, most recently, “The Career Lattice” (2012, McGraw Professional).
