I am seeking an experienced freelancer in or around Charlotte, NC who can cover security arrangements for the Democratic National Convention. This will consist of a feature article on the topic due on June 4 and then a follow-up story after the convention. Experience covering homeland security, law enforcement, emergency management or local government is a plus but not a requirement. I’m looking for someone who can do this from Charlotte.
