Rasheeda Childress is currently an associate editor at ASAE, where she covers money and business issues facing today’s associations—from increasing revenue sources to new work models emerging in the pandemic. She was previously an editor for the trade publications Education Technology News, Higher Education Technology News and Campus Crime. Childress started her career as a reporter at the Kansas City Star.  She knows everyone has a great story to tell and is always interested in hearing a new one.

Tony Lee is vice president of editorial for the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), where he oversees all editorial functions, staff and content development. Lee is responsible for SHRM’s publishing portfolio, including HR Daily, HR Week, HR Magazine, People + Strategy Magazine and a range of topical newsletters, webcasts and podcasts, as well as more than 2,000 tools and samples created exclusively for SHRM members. He also oversees SHRM’s content strategy globally and is the host of the weekly All Things Work podcast. Prior to joining SHRM, Lee was the editor and publisher of CareerCast.com; served as chief alliance officer of CareerCast’s parent company, Adicio Inc.; and spent 24 years at The Wall Street Journal, where he was the founder and former publisher of The Wall Street Journal Online Vertical Network.

Teresa Anderson is vice president of content and editorial services at ASIS International where she leads the book publishing and magazine divisions. She is also editor-in-chief of ASIS’s flagship publication, Security Management. Anderson started her career at Security Management when she was hired as an editorial assistant in 1993. Since then, she has served in a variety of positions, performing most of the editorial duties at the magazine at one time or another. She also serves as president of the board of directors for the American Society of Business Publications Editors (ASBPE).

Davide Savenije is the editor-in-chief at Industry Dive. Today he leads the newsroom of about 80 business journalists who cover the biggest news and trends in more than 20 markets. Savenije started at Industry Dive as an editorial intern. He helped build the company’s first publications and develop its editorial model and ultimately managed and led publications such as Utility Dive, Retail Dive and Food Dive to become leaders in their markets. Savenije was born in Holland, grew up in Italy, Germany and the U.S., and now lives just outside of Washington, D.C., with his wife, Deanna, and young sons. Savenije enjoys sports, books, travel and quality time with family and friends.
